About Me

Movement coach, instructor, and former professional dancer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry.

Born in Sweden with Argentinian and Finnish roots — I like to call myself a citizen of the world.

Currently based in Stockholm, I’ve been guest teaching across Nice, Lisbon,  unich, and Cape Town.

In 2023, I was proudly voted Best Trainer in the Nordic Countries by lassPass.

I’m passionate, extroverted, and endlessly curious about people.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me with my dog and cat, dancing in my living room, or exploring new places.

My biggest “baby” will always be my work — helping others discover what they’re truly capable of.

Experience & Background

My journey started as a contemporary dancer, trained at the Iwanson School of Contemporary Dance in Munich.

After more than 20 years on stage, I transitioned into fitness following an injury — and discovered my true passion for helping people grow through movement.

Over the years, I’ve taught at some of the top studios, including:
SATS, BE.CORE, Remedy, The Place, Barry’s Bootcamp, and Lagree Munich.

I’m certified in Personal Training, Pilates (all concepts), Barre, Yoga, Megaformer, and Cycle — and I’ve led both teams and classes for all fitness levels.

My Philosophy

I want my classes to be a place where everyone feels empowered, strong, and seen — no matter your starting point.

Expect energy, encouragement, and carefully curated playlists with house, techno, and Caribbean-inspired beats that lift your spirit and push your limits.

My mission is to help you grow — physically, mentally, and emotionally — through movement.

The Psychology Behind My Coaching

Alongside my fitness career, I’ve studied psychology — including courses in sports psychology, motivational psychology, and positive psychology — to  better understand how movement impacts the mind.

For me, training is never a punishment; it’s a form of self-growth and mental empowerment.

I believe movement can heal, strengthen, and reconnect us with ourselves — it’s truly medicine for the mind and body.
